Charging Station Status

See the status of all stations linked to your account at a glance.
There are a total of 4 status indicators:

⚠️Important: When the status is “Out of Service,” the station has no active communication with the backend. We automatically mark the station as “Out of Service” after 15 minutes. If you'd like to be notified in the event of an outage, check out the “Alarm” setting below.

Under this section, you can see the most recent charging sessions that have taken place. In this overview, you'll see the following:

• The name of the charging station where the charging took place.

• Revenue generated by this charging session.

• The date and time of the charging session.

• How many hours the charging session lasted and how many kWh it consumed.

Here you can see how much money is available for withdrawal in your eCarUp account. As soon as you make a withdrawal, the amount will decrease. Therefore, this is only the current balance in your account.

If you see an amount listed under “Coming Soon,” Stripe is verifying that the funds were not obtained through money laundering. The verification process takes a few hours; after that, the funds should be automatically transferred to your regular earnings.
