Adv. User Management

With advanced user management, you can bulk edit prices for entire user groups and station groups. This greatly simplifies the administration of many users in larger charging station infrastructures.

To create a user group and define its prices, please proceed as follows:

1. Log into your eCarUp account.

2. Go to the Stations menu item and then to Groups.

3. Create a user group and give it a name (e.g. Group Sales, Customers, Employees etc.).

4. Select the group to be edited.

5. Now you can add users manually or upload entire user groups via CSV file.

6. Create a station group (if not already existing) with the corresponding stations. Then click on "Save".

7. Once the station group has been created, a price rule can be created for the group. To do this, click on the three dots in the top right corner and then on price rules.

Please note: If a user is assigned to a group (e.g. eCarUp sale) and at the same time has been individually assigned to a connection or charging point as a user, eCarUp does not take into account the price of the group, but that of the individual driver.

8. Now a user group can be selected (e.g. sale eCarUp) and a price per kWh and price per hour can be defined.
