Priceplans

Function

• A default price plan is created so that a price can still be used as a reference in the event of an invalid price plan.

• Price plans can be individually adjusted to a specific time frame.

• A penalty charge may be applied. Depending on the configuration, this becomes payable during the charging process and does not constitute a blocking fee.

• If a driver is inadvertently included in two different price plans, the cheaper one is selected. 

• If an active price plan is changed (e.g. the kWh price is adjusted), the validity is shifted to the next day. 

• The grace period begins when the charging process starts, regardless of whether a penalty tariff is active or not. 

Important for the station operator

• The station operator must also be assigned a pricing rule if they wish to activate the stations themselves.

• The new pricing policy, including the penalty tariff, should be communicated primarily to users who only use RFID cards.

The app must be at least the following version:

• Android version: 2.5.8 

• iOS version: 2.7.1
