Backend Integration Guide
Neoom stations can be integrated into the eCarUp billing system in a few steps and free of charge. Once installed in your account, you can easily define the terms of use of your stations yourself (prices, users, available times, etc.). You decide who can charge, when and at what price. Learn more about how OCPP stations work with eCarUp in general.
Preparatory steps for the integration of OCPP stations into the eCarUp Cloud
Install EV charging station and connect your computer to the same network as the charging station
Create an account in the eCarUp app
Log into your account in the eCarUp web portal and click on the "OCPP" tab in the menu on the left.
Copy the URL to the clipboard and store it at the desired station in the web interface.

Open the network and internet settings of your PC.
Here you have to assign a static IP address
Please take the login data as well as the IP address from the supplied manual.
Firmware must contain at least version: BE-03.02.10
⚠️ Attention: currently the charging capacity cannot be displayed in the app. Charging takes place as usual at the end of the charging process.

Select the desired medium for communication

Advanced setting via maintenance tool (eCarUp Premium)
The upload interval of the Meter Values may vary from station to station.
We recommend an interval between 30-60s. This is the only way we can better calculate and display the current charging power on the app.
