The charging station is connected to the power supply and appears as a charging point in the eCarUp portal. [Image 1]
The charging station is displayed in “blue.”
When the QR code is scanned, you can start charging.
If you don't know how to generate a QR code, it is explained on the following page: QR Code

The name of the charging station should be unique.
The connection type must be specified.
The maximum power must be specified.
Prices should be entered correctly.
The location must be entered so that the charging station appears on the map. (If this is not desired, the field can be left blank.)
The account should be properly verified. If you’re having trouble with the verification process, you can view the instructions here:
⚠️ Important: The account will be restricted after a certain period of time if verification has not been completed. This means that both deposits and withdrawals may be blocked until the account has been properly verified.
The message should appear when you log in if the account has not yet been verified. Once verification is complete, the message will not disappear immediately but will remain until the account has gone through Stripe’s manual verification process.
Account Verifizieren
The payout account should be set up correctly. The company and the payout account should be located in the same country so that the verification process can proceed smoothly.
A VAT rate should be defined if the stations are public and the company is subject to VAT.
You should provide support contact information so that drivers can reach out to you if they have a problem or question regarding the charging station.
This information is visible to every eCarUp driver in the app.
For charging stations with restricted access, only selected users can initiate a charging session. Verify that all these users have been correctly specified and added. You can do this either under “User Management” or under “Groups.”
Check the following:
Email address entered correctly
Prices defined correctly
All users added correctly
When setting the location, keep the following factors in mind:
Click “Search for address” so that the address is formatted correctly.
The red pin should “jump”
Drag the red pin to the actual location of the charging station so that, for example, if it is located in a backyard, this is correctly marked.
If there are multiple charging stations next to each other (see example), they must be slightly separated so that there is no confusion for drivers.
Once all these points have been taken into account and the location has been set, the charging station should appear immediately on the eCarUp map.
⚠️ Important: Limited-access stations only appear on the map if you are logged into an account that has also been approved for that station.
