If the Auto Export feature displays “No data,” the problem is usually due to an email address that contains a typo, a space, or a similar error. We recommend checking the email address and correcting it if necessary.
If the Auto Export displays the message “Timed out trying to connect!”, it is usually because a connection attempt failed.
The problem is usually caused by the firewall, which has not opened the required ports. Check to see if the firewall is blocking connection attempts or certain types of traffic.
