This section shows and describes what to do if the power of an active load is displayed incorrectly.
When you start charging, the charging power is displayed live. If the charging power displayed under Charging Station Management is incorrect, in most cases the OCCP attributes are incomplete.
These would therefore need to be adjusted and changed.
The OCPP attributes can be adjusted and changed as follows:
Log in to the eCarUp portal and click on “Maintenance” on the left-hand side.
On the right-hand side, click on the three small dots next to the charging station in question. Click on the three dots next to the charging station in question.
Then enter “MeterValuesSampleData” in the Key field.
Next, enter “Energy.Active.Import.Register,Power.Active.Import” in the Value field. And klick on "Set" then it should work again.
