Smoothie

I like to keep peeled bananas in the freezer for this smoothie.



Ingredients:

1  cup orange juice

1 banana

3/4  cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

½  cup fat-free vanilla or strawberry yogurt

Utensils:

·   blender (You'll need help from your adult assistant.)

·   measuring cup


Directions:

1.   Starting with the orange juice, put all ingredients in a blender.

2.   Blend until smooth.

3.   Divide between four glasses.
