This is such an easy and incredibly flavorful meal. Serve with plain rice and steamed broccoli.
- ½ cup soy sauce or tamari
- ⅓ cup green onions, sliced diagonally
- 2 T sesame oil
- 3 T sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
Pour over 2 # flank or skirt steak and let marinate for 20-30 minutes. Grill to your liking, taking care to grill skirt steak more toward well done (rare skirt steak is too tough to chew).
Allow steak to rest for about 10 minutes after removing from heat. Slice across the grain and serve.
