Hello {Project Manager} (make sure to use the @ symbol to tag the PM) - Jeff has assigned you to this project. Please respond to this email with three days and times that will work for your schedule for this meeting. Jeff will then respond to confirm the date and time, and you will receive a Google Calendar Invite for the meeting with the information. Please make sure you have the Zoom App downloaded on the device you will be using during the walkthrough.

HOW TO MAKE A WALKTHROUGH VIDEO
This is a sample video on how to make a walkthrough. When you're doing a walkthrough video of a house, it's important to reverse your camera away from you and put your hand in front of the camera so that you can actually point to things and make notes.
The video walkthrough should be uploaded to Youtube as a regular video not as short. This is the easiest way to get notes transcribed, to communicate with people, and to just get everybody on the same page as to what all needs to be done on something.
