THIS HOW-TO MANUAL CONTAINS SOPs FOR HOW WE DO THINGS.
WHY ARE SOPs IMPORTANT?
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are step-by-step instructions that guide employee work processes.
Effective SOPs are complete, clearly written, and based on workers' input, whether written up in numbered steps or formatted as flow charts.
When employees follow the SOP for a particular job, they produce a consistent and predictable product.
If your goal is to produce the same product over the long term and increase your business productivity, the implementation of SOPs can have many benefits.
When your business generates a product that you’re proud of, you want to maintain a high-quality standard.
Standardized procedures guide workers and reduce the possibility of missed steps or other errors that impact the quality of the completed product. Meticulously followed SOPs ensure that your product or service is created in the same way from start to finish. Providing a blueprint for the line of production creates consistency and protects the integrity of your product.
BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF A MISTAKE WE TRY TO AVOID AND EXACTLY WHY WE HAVE THIS MANUAL.
PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE WANT TO AVOID.
It's not they know how to do everything off the top of their head. Instead, it's about their MINDSET. If you assume that you can do it instead of assuming that you can't and not even trying, you can figure it out a lot of the time. If you are someone who typically has assumed that you can't do it. I would like to encourage you to give it a TRY.
