Use our pre-made lists of approved materials to save time by staying out of the store.
Note: You should use your own account in signing in to home depot. NOBODY should sign in to Jeff's account. If you don't have an account, please ask Jeff to add you as a user.
Project Managers can have multiple login accounts for Home Depot’s website, but they must have an account created under Burr Oak Capital.
PLEASE READ:
It is CRITICALLY important that we use Jeff's proXTRA number and your Burr Oak Capital accounts for order, because that will save us around 15% DISCOUNT on top of whatever discounts you might get in your own accounts.
This is why we use lists, and also why it is very important to read the How to Manual.
We want to save time.
This is why projects take so long ..
This video shows how to create a Home Depot Order.
REMEMBER:
When asking for Jeff to review and approve the quotation, please turn off trade partner comments when tagging him in CoConstruct, so that Home Depot-Trade Partner doesn't get too many emails.
In CoConstruct to-do, tag @Burr Oak Capital - Material Orders Jeff Moore when asking for approval, Jeff will check his email for the approval of the materials every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
IMPORTANT: WHEN ASKING JEFF FOR PRE-APPROVAL, HE NEEDS THE SCREENSHOT OF THE CART.
Adding in a trade partner to the conversation with Home Depot.
By tagging the trade partner in the comment section of our Home Depot order, you are adding them to the conversation. By doing this they can solve any issues quickly and talk directly to the store.
In the example below, Home Depot is presenting 2 options on how to pick up the order. If we don't add the trade partner in this conversation, it will be us transferring the information to the trade partner and then conveying the trade partner'S response to Home Depot's representative. But because Jeff added Timothy (Trade Partner) in the conversation, Timothy was able to choose the best option quickly and save him time in going back in forth with the conversation.

Reminder: We have a process for ordering Materials and we order them as needed.
We expect Project manager/Contractor to have the materials prepared before heading the to work site, this makes us save time and effort.
Below is an example as to what an purchase order or quotation from Home Depot
Note that Project manager's name should be the contact person not Jeff. It should also reflect the property name.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
We should not have materials delivered to a property if the PM is not onsite. Nothing should be delivered to a job site without anyone receiving it because the material will get stolen.
That's why the project manager should be the supplier's contact person so they can arrange the time and date of the delivery.
HOME DEPOT DELIVERY FEE
Home Depot standard delivery fee: For anything that would require the Flatbed truck or Box truck its $79. If it is smaller and can go on a van or in a car is either $8.99 or $35.
HOME DEPOT ITEMS OUT OF STOCKS
If the item is showing out of stock on the website for in store pick up change option to delivery to see if that option is available.
