2. SIMPLY REPLY AS USUAL BY HITTING THE "REPLY" BUTTON, TYPING YOUR MESSAGE, AND THEN CLICKING "SEND."
HOW TO ATTACH FILES
WHEN REPLYING TO ATTACH A FILE TO YOUR MESSAGE, SIMPLY CLICK ON THE PAPERCLIP ICON
CHOOSE THE FILE YOU WANT TO UPLOAD FROM YOUR DEVICE. YOU CAN ATTACH A DOCUMENT, PHOTO, OR VIDEO, NOT LARGER THAN 25 MB. YOU ALSO HAVE THE OPTION TO SELECT MULTIPLE FILES. ONCE YOU'VE MADE YOUR SELECTIONS, CLICK ON 'UPLOAD.'
WHEN YOU UPLOAD FILES IN GMAIL, YOU'LL NOTICE A BLUE PROGRESS BAR INDICATING THE UPLOAD PROCESS. ONCE THE UPLOAD IS COMPLETE AND THE BLUE BAR DISAPPEARS, CLICK SEND.
ONCE SENT, GMAIL WILL DISPLAY A PREVIEW OF YOUR FILES, CONFIRMING THAT YOUR UPLOAD WAS SUCCESSFUL.

CLICK ON THE GEAR ICON LOCATED IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF YOUR EMAIL PAGE THEN CLICK ON "ALL SETTINGS"
IN THE SETTINGS PAGE, CLICK ON THE "FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES" TAB THEN CLICK ON "CREATE A NEW FILTER".
FILTER MAILS FROM "COCONSTRUCT.COM" WHICH HAS THE WORD "COCONSTRUCT". UNCHECK THE "HAS ATTACHMENT" BOX.
THEN CLICK ON "CREATE FILTER".
TO APPLY THE LABEL, CHECK THE BOX "APPLY THE LABEL" AND CHOOSE "NEW LABEL." ENTER "BURR OAK CAPITAL" AS THE LABEL NAME, THEN CLICK "CREATE."
CHECK THE OTHER BOXES: "NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM", "ALWAYS MARK IT AS IMPORTANT" AND "ALSO APPLY FILTER TO MATCHING CONVERSATIONS". THEN CLICK ON "CREATE FILTER" TO SAVE.
YOU CAN NOW EASILY VIEW BOTH NEW AND EXISTING BURR OAK CAPITAL MESSAGES BY SIMPLY CLICKING ON THE "BURR OAK CAPITAL" LABEL LOCATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR EMAIL PAGE.
How to use markup on their phone to sign a pdf and return it by email
These steps should help you attach the signed PDF to an existing email chain. It might vary slightly depending on the specific email app and phone model you are using. If you encounter any issues, it's wise to consult the help or support section of the app you're using.
Open the PDF: Tap the PDF file in your email or files app to open it.
Use Markup Tool: Tap the Markup icon or find it under the 'Share' or 'Edit' options.
Sign the Document: Choose the 'Signature' option to draw your signature. Move and resize it as needed.
Save & Close: Tap 'Done', then save or replace the document.
Attach to Existing Email Chain: Open the existing email chain in your email app, usually by tapping 'Reply' or 'Reply All.' Then, attach the signed PDF using the attachment or clip icon, and send your email.
Open the PDF: Tap to open the PDF file in a compatible app like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Use the Pen Tool: Find the pen or markup icon and select it.
Sign the Document: Use your finger or a stylus to draw your signature. Move and resize as needed.
Save & Close: Save or export the signed document.
Attach to Existing Email Chain: Go to your email app and find the existing email chain. Tap 'Reply' or 'Reply All', attach the signed PDF using the attachment or clip icon, and send your email.

Review the Invitation: A bid request from Burr Oak Capital will appear like this on your end. With an email Subject : Invitation to Bid
2. Access Important Files: Within the invitation, you'll find links to essential files for your planning and estimation. These files include blueprints and floor plans of the property. Click on the green bar to instantly view these attachments, saving you the need to visit the site in person.
Matterport: In the plan room files, you'll find links to a Matterport 3D walkthrough of the project, providing a comprehensive view of the site. This tool allows you to explore various project aspects, including measurements and different angles, saving you time that would otherwise be spent on-site. It also assists in your plan creation and cost estimates.
Download Files (Optional): If you prefer to have the files on hand, click on the green bar labeled 'Plan Room.' This will take you to the download page, allowing you to save the blueprints and floor plans for your convenience.
3. Make Your Decision: After reviewing the files, make an informed decision about whether you would like to bid on the project.
Respond to the Email: If you're ready to proceed, simply click the "Yes" button in the email to accept the bid invitation. Conversely, if the project doesn't align with your current capacity or interests, click the "No" button to decline.
4. Submit Your Estimate: If you decide to accept the bid, reply to the email and attach a PDF document containing your estimate. This ensures that all necessary information is presented clearly.
BID : AWARD NOTIFICATION
If your bid is selected, you will receive an email confirming that the bid has been awarded to you, with the subject line: "Award Notice." All the bid details will be available for your review within the email.
PURCHASE ORDER
ACCEPTING PURCHASE ORDER
Following the award notice, you will receive your Purchase Order via email with the subject: "New Purchase Order." Kindly review the details and cost breakdown provided.
Upon review, you can proceed by clicking the "Accept" button to confirm the PO. Alternatively, you may choose to decline. If you have any inquiries, feel free to reply to the same email thread.
IMPORTANT: All project communications must be conducted within the email thread of the project's purchase order. Any inquiries, updates, or questions should be directed solely through this designated email thread. This ensures that all project-related communication remains consolidated in one location
REQUEST AND PROCESS OF PAYMENT
Once the work is finished, please respond to the same Purchase Order Email thread for the project with a message informing us that the work has been completed and attach pictures of your completed work along with your invoice.
If required, make sure to include inspection stickers. No inspection sticker, no payment.
Payment will be processed in the week following the receipt of the completion pictures and invoice.
