WELCOME BASKET
About a week before project completion, create a to-do on CoConstruct and tag @Burr Oak - Online Orders to order a completion package. These items will be shipped to your home. These may come in several shipments and will contain cleaning supplies, home decor, and other items. These items are all part of the welcome basket (more details below). The project completion checklist contains instructions for the final cleaning and staging process. This process should not take very long - maybe 30 minutes. During the final walkthrough, you will receive a white binder with useful information about the property. Please leave all appliance manuals inside this binder, and place it near the welcome basket for the tenants.
One of the items shipped to you is a rope basket. Please place the other items (unopened) inside this basket and leave it on the kitchen counter. You may place the cans of sparkling water in the refrigerator. Items to place in the basket include a cutting board, trail mix, command strips (these are in an unmarked, white envelope), furniture moving pads, and a garbage disposal strainer. DO NOT leave any dirty towels or items lying around. Using the caribiner clips, hang the shower curtain from the shower curtain rod in the bathroom(s).
Thanks for helping make our properties extra special!!
