HOW TO ORDER:
Go to Lowe's website. Sign in or create a personal account if you don't have one.
2. Choose items from the Lowe's List in the How To Manual (listed below).
3. ADD TO CART the items on the list and open your cart.
4. Click on the Email Cart TAB at the top right beside Empty Cart.
5. Fill in the details like your name, email address, and the property address (on the Subject), then hit SEND.
6. Go to your email. Then open your email from Lowe's with the subject: Check out this Lowe's shopping cart.
PRINT the email and save it as a PDF file.
7. Go to your project on CoConstruct and create a To-Do with the title "Lowe's Order."
8. In the comment section, tag the Lowe's store you will be ordering from and ask them to process a QUOTE for the attached cart order for Jeff's approval.
Then attach the pdf file of the email and hit SEND.
9. Wait for Lowe's store's response. If there's no response from them, send a comment to @Misty Stone for assistance.
10. When Lowe's Representative sends the quote, tag @Burr Oak Capital - Jeff Material Orders to ask for approval, Jeff will check his email for the approval of the materials every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
11. Once approved by Jeff, the Lowe's Rep will then process the order.
12. The project manager and the Lowe's Rep will discuss the delivery of the items.
ORDER only when doing projects outside Lexington.
LOWES ORDER LISTS
The quantities in the lists are NOT the amount you need to order- please be mindful of your order numbers. DO NOT over-order for the sake of over-ordering, but do not under-order because you want to be cheap.
The purpose of this is to SAVE YOU TIME AND TRIPS.

Caulking, Sealant, Chemicals, & Adhesive
Closet Organizers, Rails, & Towel bars
Lumber & Sheathing, Non-Treated
Paint, Granite Grip- flat paint on walls

REMINDER: We have a process for ordering Materials, and we order them as needed.
We expect Project manager/Contractor to have the materials prepared before heading to the work site, this makes us save time and effort.
