PROJECT TASK ORDER

All projects should generally go in the following order:

Exterior: Roof, siding, windows, metal wrap, etc. 

This is so code enforcement will not cite the house, which will make the renovation process much more difficult.

Interior: Framing, foundation, insulation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, etc.
