MAKE SURE TO CHECK AND ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING

Light fixtures/fans operate properly 

Blinds are installed 

Electrical outlets should work properly (check GFI) 

The sink has hot and cold water & should drain properly 

The disposal works properly; and should have a safety cover over the switch 

Check under the sink for any leaks 

Cabinet knobs and drawer pulls should be installed

Cabinets are leveled, while doors & drawers should open and close - and are clean 

Remove all trash 

Bottle opener installed
