Property Walkthrough
A Final Walkthrough can be scheduled when all tasks that do not affect the living conditions of a house are complete. There should not be any trash/debris or tools on site inside or outside of the property. Everything should be photo ready.
This is an example of a property that has been shot for a final walkthrough and is ready/close to ready for turnover.

If you do not use the Completion Checklist with photos of completed work BEFORE scheduling the Final Matterport, you will receive a $150 deduction to your completion bonus.
If you are looking at the digital checklist, there will be links to How to Manual for all subjects. If you need printed copies of the checklist, please tag " Burr Oak Capital Copies To Print" in CoConstruct with the number of copies you need and we will include those with your paycheck.
If there are more than 10 items that are found to be unacceptable during your final walkthrough, you will receive a $150 deduction to your completion bonus. For example- appliances should be installed unless there is a valid reason for waiting on a plumber or electrician and there should not be any materials or tools laying around.
This is VERY easy to prevent by using the Completion Checklist.

Taking your time to go the extra mile
Just think about that when you're on the job site, is there trash laying around? Are there cobwebs on the windows? Are all the blinds open or closed. Is there paint chipping on the wall? What can be done just real quickly to fix stuff up to make it look better for the end user? Because really, at the end of the day, that's what we're trying to do is go to that little bit of extra effort, to make something really special for the people using our products. Which is our houses.
We're providing homes to people, and that's really special. So, Let's make a special effort for other people by going the extra mile.
