The PM should make a comment in the To Do for inspections regarding their final inspection and then tag Vienna to ask him to check the website for the Certificate or Occupancy.
In CoConstruct there should be a To-Do titled Certificate Of Occupancy, if the To-do is not yet in CoConstruct, you can create or add one.
You can tag Vienna on that to-do to check if the certificate of occupancy was already available for the property.
