FINAL: CHECKING FOR LIVING AREA

MAKE SURE TO CHECK AND ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING

Light fixtures and fans should operate properly.

Electrical outlets are working properly.

Smoke detectors are working and have new batteries.

Check heat and air.

Set the thermostat to 80 degrees cold in summer and 50 degrees hot in winter.

Windows should open, shut, and lock.  They should look nice and neat.  Leave them locked.

Blinds are installed.

HVAC filter/s are clean. You should record size in the property manual.

Put hand over vents to make sure it is blowing hot air in winter and cold air during summer.
