How to create a to-do in CoConstruct and tag Online Orders for Amazon items.mp4What: items that Pm needs for the property like materials for plumbing, insulation and the welcome basket
Where: Request order through Coconstruct.
How: Create a To-Do and tag @Online Orders. Let them know the complete details of the items you need like quantity, color, sizes, etc. Also, write on the comment the address where to ship the items.
Online Order will acknowledge your order and will tag Jeff for approval. Once Jeff approved the order, the PM will wait for the delivery of the item.
Note: Tag @Burr Oak Capital - Material Orders Jeff Moore when asking for approval, Jeff will check his email for the approval of the materials every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Click the To-Do on the menu (on the left side).
Create a To-Do, then click +Add
Assign the To-Do to Burr Oak Capital-Online Orders
Post a Comment
Tag @Burr Oak Capital - Online Orders and type in your orders.
Burr Oak Capital - Online Orders will comment on the ordered items and will tag @Burr Oak Capital - Material Orders Jeff Moore when asking for approval; Jeff will check his email for the approval of the materials every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

ORDER LISTS
The quantities in the lists are NOT the amount that you need to order- please be mindful of your order numbers. DO NOT over-order for the sake of over-ordering, but also, do not under-order because you want to be cheap.
The purpose of this is to SAVE YOU TIME.
