Print all NRS Searches 

1. Each page on the "Print All NRS Searches" and "Print All NRS Deduplicated Searches" displayed incorrect table names.  This has been corrected. 

• "Print All NRS Searches" and "Print All NRS Deduplicated Searches" display on the student area More drop-down menu in the SEA agency.  

• "Print All NRS Searches" displays on the student area More drop-down menu in the local agency.  

Searches

1. The Student Diagnostic Search has been updated with the following changes:

• The "Select Reporting System" drop-down list has been removed.

• The section "Search for Students Using Fiscal Year Data" has been removed. 

• The row "Students with fiscal year data not matching PoP" in the section "Search for Student Period of Participation Data" has been removed. 

All rows on the search return students by FY summary data.  Remember that FY summaries are automatically updated every night for all clients. 

NRS table updates

The following demographic NRS tables have been updated to display the Non-binary and No Answer columns for reporting sex.

The Sex choice list was updated in Release 2024.5.0.

The Non-Binary or Other option will alternate Male or Female for reporting on the State and Local Performance (SPR)/Participants Characteristics search.
