Fixes/Changes


Student

  1. A message has been added to indicate that students were enrolled in a class or group with the Waiting status if the max enroll has already been met. For example:

Max Enroll is 2. The first 2 students selected

have been enrolled; the others have been added

with a waiting status.


  1. The "Last Enroll Date" located at the student Education tab/Education panel was not updating when the student's most recent class or group enrollment status was updated from Waiting to Enrolled. This has been corrected.


Tutor

  1. The Tutor Calendar Hours Report was counting hours from other roles - for example, if the tutor was also a student the Tutor Calendar Hours Report was including student hours. This has been corrected so only hours provided by the tutor are counted.


Private Employment Data

NRS tables that report employment outcomes - 5, 5a, 8, 9, 10, 11 - and the Statewide and Local Performance searches for Employment Barriers and Participant Characteristics have been updated so Non-Private Employment Data users can only select Replace on those searches. This means that the searches cannot be run on a subset of students but will replace the current filter. The cells indicating achievement populate, but the cells are read only and the user may not drill down to the student records. This only affects clients who have opted in to the Private Employment Data process.


UI Updates

The software that drives the LACES user interface has been updated to the latest version. Nothing about the way LACES works was changed, but some UI features and displays may now be different from what you are used to seeing. For example, the grid filter icons are now green instead of black. Every effort was made to ensure that all areas of LACES were tested prior to Release 2022.14.0, but we will monitor and make additional corrections if UI issues are found.
