Fixes/Updates

Imports

1. The Student Import was redesigned to allow users to create import files that include all fields on their student intake form.  Note that this only affects agencies with access to the Student Import. 

2. The Tutor Import was returning an error and not accept certain existing Program options. This has been corrected. Note that this only affects agencies with access to the Tutor Import. 

1. International phone numbers were resulting in an error on the standard person imports. This has been corrected.

Pairs

1.  Pairs that were created after 3/31/2023 did not show Student Name or Tutor Name on the Pair Comments report. This has been corrected.

Reports

1. The student report "Student File Update" was displaying an error when selected to run from the student Report Manager.  This has been corrected. 

Searches

1. The Student Diagnostic Search was not returning students on the row "Students missing sex information."  This has been corrected.  

Students

1. The WIOA Core Program field is now required on the student intake page for all ABE clients.  The WIOA Core Program field is used to populate the "Percent enrolled in more than one core program" on Searches > State and Local Performance Report (SPR) > Services.  This field is only meant to indicate enrollment in other WIOA Core Programs besides Title II.  "None" may be selected for students not attending WIOA Core Programs other than Title II.

This field was made required because the NRS has indicated to several of our clients that the percentages being reported for the "percent enrolled in more than one core program" is much lower than they would anticipate, and these states in turn found out that it was because many agencies were not requesting this information.  By making the field required, but with the option to select "None," it brings the question to the forefront to be sure agencies are collecting the data necessary for accurate NRS reporting.
