Fixes/Updates

Assessments

1. The "Pre/Post" column in the assessments grid has been removed from all ABE clients. This grid is located in the Assessments tab of a student record. For Literacy clients, the "Pre/Post" column remains unchanged. The views in the assessments grid have been renamed to include "PoP" in the title for all clients. The view names are as follows:

   • All

   • PoP Pre/Post

   • PoP Pre/Post Scaled

   • PoP Pre/Post SPL

Dashboard

1. The row “Students requiring survey for Attained PS Ed Credential” has been added to the Student Alerts widget located under Student Alerts. This row drills down to the student area when the number is clicked. Inclusion for this row is based on Student PoP “Attained PS Ed Cred w/n 1 year (Outcome Measure)” not being equal to 1 (Yes) and does not have a response to that question in the follow up survey.

2. The row “Student PoPs requiring survey for Attained PS Ed Credential” has been added to the Student PoPs Eligible for Survey widget located under Student Alerts. This row drills down to the All PoP Summary area when the number is clicked. Data Validation

1. The Data Validation columns have been updated to include SSD information and funding stream. 

2. Intake Date has been added to the list of fields available for adding to a custom view at the Data Validation area.  

IETP

1. The logic for the IETP component of adding an MSG has changed. If a student is eligible for inclusion on the NRS tables as IETP, then they are allowed to have the outcome measures added even if the IETP credential does not have "IETP" in the name. The rule preventing the MSG from being added has been updated so it looks for a value that is not blank or "No Value Entered" instead of "IETP".

2. IET enrollment indicators have been added to student enrollment area for Class, Group, and Pair. In the Class and Group records, the IETP field is before the Enroll Date in the student enrollment window. In the Pair record, it is an additional field on the Pair Intake page. Workshop remains unchanged. 

3. An IETP Enrollment Within Fiscal Year column has been added to the PoP Summary/Measurable Outcomes panel.  This will display Yes if the student had an IETP enrollment in a class, group, or pair at any time during the fiscal year, even if the enrollment was between PoPs.  NOTE:  This column displays Yes with an IETP enrollment if FY summaries are up-to-date. 

Numeric Hours fields

Numeric hours fields will round to the the nearest hundredth and will now only display 2 digits after the decimal.  For example, hours entered as 2.369 will round to 2.37 and hours entered as 2.1211 will round to 2.12.  Only the digits displayed will be included in the hours calculation fields, such as Instr Hrs Since Last Assess in Subj Area. 

PoPs

1. New fields have been added to the PoP Contact Info panel in PoP Summary records. These records are located in the All PoPs Summary area. The new fields are as follows:

   • Employment Status

     • Displays the most current "Employment Status" value from the student record located at the Demographics tab > Demographics panel.

     • Read-only

   • Income Range

     • Displays the "Income Range" value from the student record located at the Demographics tab > Demographics panel.

     • Read-only

   • SSN

     • Social Security number collected on follow-up.

     • Editable

2. Messaging is now available from within a PoP Summary record in the All PoPs Summary area. Click on the "Send Message" button located on the top-right corner of the PoP Summary record to send a message to that student.

Searches

1. The Instructor Name search for a pair displayed an error when ran. This has been corrected.

2. The Instructor Name search for Class, Group or Workshop displayed students who had the same first or last name in the grid. This has been corrected.

3. The search "Tutor Name" has been renamed to "Instructor Name" to be consistent with that field name.

4. The following searches have been removed:

   • Tutor Nick Name

   • Tutor Middle Initial

   • Instructor First Name

   • Instructor Last Name

Student

1. A new read only field called "Employment Status at Intake" has been added at the Student Demographics tab > Demographics panel, under the field Employment Status (Note: "Employment Status" is only available for PED users in PED opted in clients). The field is also available in the view manager and searches. The field has been add for all clients. 

This field displays the Employment Status selected at the time of intake. This field value does not display in clients with Private Employment Data turned on. If no work history record has a Start Date that matches the student intake date, the field displays "No Value Entered."  

2. Students who are not 16 at the time of intake are not NRS reportable.  PoPs will no longer be created for those student who are younger than 16 at the time of intake.
