Goals

The Add New Goals window at the student Outcomes tab/Goals and Achievements panel has been updated. The fields have been re-positioned to a more logical order, and the Goal and Status fields are now required. A correction has also been made to prevent a goal met date from being before the goal set date.

Hours

Distance Learning instruction hours can now be added for pairs. If your agency has distance learning hours types for classes, groups, and unlinked hours, those hours types have been added to the hours types for student and tutor in a pair. This allows students to earn distance learning hours in a pair for inclusion on Table 4c.

Postsecondary Education or Training

Enroll date is now required when adding a new postsecondary education or training record, or when editing an existing record where the date was not entered.

Search

The Hours Attended Search has been updated to allow multiple hours types to be selected for searching. For example, you may now select "Instruction" and "Instruction-Distance Learning" hours in the same search.
