Fixes/Updates

Emails

1. Emails sent from LACES Account Manager had the option to "Unsubscribe From this List" at the bottom of the email. When clicked, users could not receive forgot password, forgot account name, or unlock account emails. This has been corrected.

Reports

1. Two reports have been added at the student area for reporting TABE CLAS-E pre and post assessments and student demographics. 

• TABE Pre Assessments (with no Post) by Fiscal Year including Demographics

• TABE Pre-Post Assessments by Fiscal Year including Demographics

2. A new report called "Program Summary" has been added at the student area.  This report displays a snapshot of current FY program data and performance.  Go to Student Program Summary Report for more information.  (This report was not added in clients that already have a custom Program Summary report.)

Searches

The term "NRS Fundables" is not used by the NRS.  All locations in LACES  where "NRS Fundable" was used has been updated to "NRS Participants" to indicate that a student has received services that allow them to count on the NRS tables.  

New Functionality

The ability for users to merge duplicate student records in the same agency is now available in LACES.
