Fixes/Updates

1. The "Hours Earned" column that was added to the student enrollment tab in Release 2021.9.0 was not displaying pair instructional hours. This issue has been corrected.

2. The columns at the "Delete Log" tab at Agency Settings have been updated. The column "Legacy Account Who Deleted" has been removed, and the column "NexGen Account Who Deleted" has been changed to “Deleted by Account”.

3. “Agency Full Access” has been removed from the Account Manager role list at the SEA agency. This is to prevent user accounts from being assigned the “Agency Full Access” role at the SEA since the SEA agency is read only. This only affects ABE clients.
