Address History

Previously, users would get an error message if they edited or deleted a line of Address History. This has been corrected.

Education

A panel called "Non-Reportable Credentials" has been added to the Student Education tab to track credentials that are not NRS reportable and do not affect the PoP Postsecondary outcomes. The field "Non-Reportable Credential Type" in the record was released without choice list items. Each agency may add the appropriate non-reportable credential types for their agency on the "NonReportableCredentialType" choice list.

Staff whose credentials expired in the current fiscal year were being excluded from Table 7. This has been corrected.

REPORTS

Reports can be printed as PDF or Excel files at the Report Manager window. Reports are created and designed to open as PDF files. While reports can be printed with Excel, the Excel print version typically contains merged cells or additional rows or columns. A new feature is being implemented to allow certain reports to be exported as .CSV files, making it easier to sort and filter data in the file. An "Export Data" button has been added to the bottom of the Report Manager window. The button is grayed out - inactive - when the ability to export has not yet been added to the selected report. This feature will be rolled out to applicable reports over time. Keep in mind that not all reports can be exported in a .CSV row/column format.

In Release 2021.5.0, the student reports "Preferences" and "Level Gains" and the tutor report "Preferences" may be exported. When these reports are selected at the Report Manager, the "Export Data" button at the bottom right of the window will activate so you can select that option.
