Fixes/Updates

Assessments

1. Automated imports for the "HiSET Language Arts - Writing" and "HiSET Language Arts - Writing Essay" scores were not calculating Pass/Fail correctly. A "HiSET Language Arts - Writing" score of at least 8 AND a "HiSET Language Arts - Writing Essay" score of at least 2 is needed for a "Pass". This has been corrected.

Barriers to Employment

1.  "Disabled" has been renamed to "Disability" on the list of Barriers to Employment to better align with the State and Local Performance Employment Barriers report. 

Custom Fields

1. New dropdown fields have been added to the Custom Fields panel location in the Student Data tab of the Student Detail. The new fields are:

   • Custom Choice 1

   • Custom Choice 2

   • Custom Choice 3

   • Custom Choice 4

Documents

1. A new field has been added to the Documents record and grid called "Document Category" for students and tutors. The options listed in the drop-down menu for Document Type will depend on which Document Category is selected. 

2. The default Document Category option is the first available category in the agency's choice list when adding a new Document record.

Hours

1. Adding Pair hours through the student record would cause the order of Hours Types to change to an incorrect order. This has been corrected.

Reports

1. The "Hours Attended and Absent By Date Range" Class report was incorrectly listing classes for some students. This has been corrected.

2. The report "Student Portal Application" is visible under Student Reports. This report is used by clients with access to the student portal to see all intake information entered by students through the student portal. 

   • Clients who do NOT have a student portal will see a blank report.

Student Disability Panel

Updates have been made to the student Demographics tab/Disability panel:

1. The fields Deaf, Legally Blind, Mute, Paralysis, Missing Extremities, and Specific Disability have been hidden. 

2. The following fields were renamed:

   • Hearing Impaired - renamed Deaf/Hearing Impaired

   • Nonparalytic Orthopedic - renamed Orthopedic Impairment

   • Speech Impaired - renamed Speech Impairment

   • Vision Impaired - renamed Visual Impairment

3. The following fields were added as drop down fields with the menu items No, Yes-Observed/Disclosed, and Yes-Documented:

   • Autism Spectrum Disorder

   • Intellectual Disability

   • Emotional/Mental Health

   • Specific Learning Disability

   • Traumatic Brain Injury

4. The following field was added as a text field:

   • Other Health Impairment

Data was mapped to the appropriate field.  For example, existing selections in the field "Deaf" were mapped to "Deaf/Hearing Impaired."

Views

1. Default views set by the user were not being recognized as the default. This has been corrected.
