The following issues were fixed as part of Release 2023.7.1 on 7/10/2023.

1. The ABE Total, ESL Total, and Grand Total rows on Table 4C were displaying incorrect numbers in column B.  This has been corrected.  

2. Volunteer hours could not be added at the Volunteer record Hours tab.  This has been corrected.
