Bug Fixes
1. Students who pretested in ESL, and then pre and posttested in ABE and made a level gain were not counting on Table 4 as making the ABE gain. This has been corrected.
Updates
1. An update has been made to exclude students who have an exclusion reason from tables that report primary indicators of performance. Go to Exclusion Reasons for more information on this update.
2. Based on information from the NRS, the query for including correctional students on Tables 5 and 10 has been updated. Go to Correctional Students for more information on this update.
3. The Dashboard Students Alerts rows for attaining SSD have been updated to exclude student who already had an SSD at program entry.
Assessments
1. Updates have been made to the assessment workflows, specifically to show a level gain in PoP 1 from an assessment entered in PoP 2, as referenced on slides 13 and 15 from the June, 2017 State Directors' Meeting.
The updates to the assessment workflows may result in slight changes on your NRS Table 4. Students who previously did not show a level gain in PoP 1 may now show a gain. The PoPs were 'synced' as part of the release on 6/7/2019 to make sure any PoP records affected by this change were updated. You will need to manually update your fiscal year summaries to see changes on the table.
