Fixes/Updates

Audit Log Report

1. A report titled "Audit History" has been added at the Audit Log area.  To run the report:

   • Select Audit Log from the Additional drop-down area menu. 

   • Click the Reports button. 

   • Check the row for the Audit History report. The report runs on Fiscal Quarter, Record Type, and Audit Action parameters.  The default values may be changed as needed.

   • Select "Export Data" to run the report. All records meeting the parameters will be returned, regardless of starting selection. 

   • Only certain user account roles are allowed access to the Audit log.

Statewide and Local Performance Report/Table 5

1. Columns E and F on the Table 5 "Attained any credentials (unduplicated)"  row were not matching the Statewide and Local Performance Employment Barriers and Participants Characteristics Total row, Credential Rate Num and Denominator columns.  This has been corrected. 

Student

1. The logic for the student field "Enrollment in Current Fiscal Year" has been updated for determining inclusion in the default Current Fiscal Year filter at the time of rollover.  During the rollover to the next FY, this field will be set to "Yes" if the student has a non-workshop enrollment start date between the FY start and end date.  NOTE: This field is not in the student record but may be added to a custom view. 

2. After linking to a class or pair from the student enrollment tab, then attempting to delete the class or pair, the user would get an incorrect error message indicating that the student could not be deleted.  This has been corrected. 

3. The fiscal year setting on active Sites records is now updated during the rollover.  NOTE: This only applies to ABE clients who use sites. 

4. In the batch "Move Assessments Forward" process, only the assessments in the eligible date range with highest scaled score are to be moved forward (with the following exceptions: ABE L6, Completed ESL L6, or ESL L6 for BEST Literacy).  There was an issue where sometimes an earlier assessment was being moved forward when there was a more recent  assessment with a higher scaled score.   The process has been corrected so only the appropriate assessments are moved forward as a batch. NOTE:  Students with incorrect assessments moved forward prior to this fix must be manually corrected. 

Student/Staff

1. Updates to the fields on the FY summary grid at the student and staff record History tab/Fiscal Year panel have been made to help users identify when the FY Summary was last processed. 

• "Creation Date" has been removed from the grid.

• "Creation Date" may be added to a view at the All FY Data area (for students only). 

• "Last Processed Date/Time" has been added to the grid to display the last time the FY summary was run even if there were no changes to the student or staff FY summary data. This field includes a timestamp in MST.  The field is available for searching at the Student, Staff, and All FY Data area  and may be added to a view at the All FY Data area (for students only). 

•  "Last Processed By" has has been added to the grid to display the user name who last updated the FY summary.  If the FY summary was last processed as part of the nightly update, the field will display "System." The field is available for searching at the Student, Staff, and All FY Data area  and may be added to a view at the All FY Data area (for students only). 

Volunteer

1.  Selecting multiple dates and multiple hours types at the Volunteer Hours tab/Add window would remove the Save button on the second add hours window. This has been corrected.
