Assessments

1. The CASAS Math GOALS assessments were not displaying the subject area in the PoP Outcome record when added as a post test. This has been corrected.

Search

1. The Assessment Diagnostic Search row: 'Students without level gain in current PoP' has been updated to return students who:

• were post tested but stayed at the same level or went down a level, and
• students who were not post tested in any subject area.

2. An error was occurring at the All PoPs Summary area when searching Class Enrollments.IETP at the Search Criteria builder This has been corrected.

Updates/Changes

1. Student Fiscal Year Scheduled Summaries have been updated to include student records in agencies that are no longer active in a state ABE client. These agencies may have students who are eligible to count on Table 5, and employment data may be imported for these students. These students must have an updated FY summary in order to be reported.

2. The Documents panel has been added at the student, staff, and tutor areas for all ABE clients who did not already have these panels.

Fixes

1. There was an issue with the PoP sync process that caused the PoP outcome record to display with blank subject area, entry level, and current level. This would throw an error message: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' when the FY summary was updated for those records.That has been corrected and all PoPs synced as part of the release.

2. There was an issue with the sync PoP process that would prevent an assessment from being selected as the subject area. This has been corrected and all PoPs synced as part of the release.
