The following issues were fixed as part of Release 2022.3.1 on 3/22/2022.


  1. Recent changes made in the 2022.3.0 release on 3/18/2022 prevented users from logging into LACES using Internet Explorer 11. This has been fixed. Remember that you cannot sign into LACES with Internet Explorer using Compatibility mode. Compatibility mode is not supported.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Microsoft will "retire" Internet Explorer on 6/15/2022. After that date Microsoft will no longer support Internet Explorer. Users should consider switching to Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox.

    • Recent updates to LACES, such as the Batch Delete functionality added in Release 2022.3.0, may not work with Internet Explorer. LACES issues because of incompatibility with Internet Explorer will not be fixed.

2. Users were not getting the correct screen after receiving the account notification email to set a password for a new account or to set a new password for an existing account. This has been corrected.

3. User accounts with the Read Only role, or user accounts with roles that include read only fields, such as Teacher III, were not seeing the values in drop down fields in the record. This has been corrected.
