Fixes/Updates

Assessments

1. The minimum hours override reason was not being triggered when students did not meet the required number of hours between assessments in the following scenario:  

• Student pretested as Completed ESL L6 

• Student was post-tested at EFL Completed ESL L6 but did not meet the required number of hours for post test.

This has been corrected.  Note that this issue only affected clients with the minimum hours override assessment customization. 

IETP Enrollments

1. IETP enrollment records cannot be updated to No Value Entered if an IETP MSG exists on a date on or before the enrollment start date.  The following error message will display when the user attempts to change the IETP enrollment field from IETP to No Value Entered. 

ERROR

Could not save Student Enrollment Edit : The IETP value cannot be removed on this Enrollment because one or more IETP and Workplace Literacy Measurable Skill Gains depend on it.

Note that IETP may be set on a student's class, group, and pair enrollment record.  IETP MSGs are not "tied" to a specific enrollment, but may overlap multiple enrollments based on the date. 

For example, in the screenshot below, the student has a class, group, and pair enrollment, each set to IETP, and the student has a Secondary Transcript or Report Card IETP MSG record.

The only enrollment record that is not allowed to be updated from ITEP to No Value Entered is the Class record.  This is because the date of the IETP MSG is on or after the enrollment start date, and covers any enrollments after that, including the pair.  

Pairs 

1. The Pair Intake page allowed new pair records to be created without selecting a tutor in the "Tutor" field. This has been corrected. Pairs cannot be created if part of either field, Student or Tutor, is missing or deleted.

Searches

1. The "Has any value" search operator has been updated so records with fields set to "No Value Entered" are not returned.   

2. The "Has no value" search operator has been updated so records with fields set to "No Value Entered" or are blank ARE  returned. 

Note:  Users may need to edit and re-save their custom searches to see these changes. 

Updates to All PoPs Summary and All PoP Contact History areas

These updates have been added to the user documentation at PoP Survey. 

1. The "Follow-up Outcomes by Quarter" search has been added at All PoPs Summary.  The search includes students to contact by quarter and students to contact for educational outcomes. 

2. The outcome measure columns at the All PoPs Summary record/PoP Contact Info/PoP Contact History have been renamed to indicate Survey Answers.  Only answers for outcomes as the result of a student survey will display. 

3.  "Unable to Contact" will display for all outcomes measures at the All PoP Contact History grid for student PoPs with a contact history record indicating that the user was unable to contact the student. 

4. Additional columns have been added to the All PoP Contact History area.  A new shared view called "PoP Contact History with MSG/Outcomes" has been added for all clients that include the additional columns. The columns in the view allow users to see which students have been contacted and surveyed for Table 5 outcomes, and whether they have met the outcomes.  

5. The "PoP Exit Date Range" search has been added to the all PoP Contact History area.  This search allows users to search records by fiscal year quarter to verify follow-up. 

6. Table 5 has been added to the All PoPs Summary area.  Beginning with NRS FY 23-24, users may run Table 5 at the All PoPs Summary area and drill down to the PoPs that populate columns E and F.  Drilldowns are NOT available for prior FYs.  Users in clients who have opted in to Private Employment Data are restricted by role.
