Go Girls is a class where girls can participate in both theoretical and practical activities in the Warrnambool community to enable them to implement and evaluate personalised plans for improving or maintaining their own and others’ physical activity and fitness levels. Girls will also develop knowledge and skill in understanding mental health, nutrition, respectful relationships and sexual health.
