This unit is designed for students with a broad interest in sport and personal fitness.
What will I learn?
The Physical Education unit encourages students to improve their fitness and develop skills that enhance an attitude of self-confidence, and responsibility for personal physical health that can continue into future years.
What will I do?
Students will participate in a range of physical activities consisting of traditional team sports, recreational activities and personal fitness. Students will devise, implement and refine strategies demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills when working in teams.
What will this lead to?
Students will build skills that will lead to success in varied year 10 electives and VCE Physical Education.
