39 - Jasper (yellowish)

I am Jasper, a type of chalcedony quartz that is characterized by my warm, yellowish coloration. I am part of the larger Jasper family, which encompasses a wide range of colors and patterns, each with its own unique charm and properties. My yellow color is often attributed to the presence of iron oxide and other mineral impurities in my composition. I am commonly found in sedimentary rocks, where I form through the deposition and consolidation of silica-rich materials over time.
