One person, 85 years old, attended the meditation class at the Schodack senior center. He was using a walker due to diabetic neuropathy. He said he attended many classes at the American Meditation Center. When asked why he discontinued, he said he couldn't go there due to his health problems. He felt very calm and relaxed at the end of today's class. He was happy he found this class. He said it was like he found this class, per the quote, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears." When he saw me at the center, he felt like I was the person who taught the meditation at the library. When he heard my voice, his guess was confirmed.
