If you are able to give the aReading or aMath to a Tutorial student before Friday, 9.10, that would be helpful, but is not required.
Who needs to make up aReading &/or aMath? On Thursday, 9.9, Lindsay O'Brien will email a list of students who need to make up one or both assessments.
When & where will make ups be? On Friday, 9.10, please send students to make up aReading &/or aMath using the following schedule.
6-1 Students - 1st hour - Cafe
6-2 Students - 2nd hour - Cafe
7th grade - 3rd hour - Cafe
8th grade - 4th hour - room 20/Maxine Quakenbush's room

The U5 IT Director asked that I pass along that "We have noticed many incoming tickets for “battery issues” from KJ for our new Dell 3100 Chromebooks. Tickets state the devices are not turning on but once we charge them for 10 to 15 minutes the Chromebooks turn on as normal.
Essentially what is happening, students aren’t charging their devices, letting them drain all the way down, or using an incorrect charger, such as a cell phone or tablet charger. This can damage the battery and eventually the battery will need to be replaced."
Please help me spread the word to our students to charge their devices when they are not using them, as well as using the appropriate chargers for their devices. I shared this information with our families, too.

Who:
6th graders: At the very beginning of their lunch hour
7th graders: Dismiss from 4th hour at 11:45 a.m.
8th graders: During tutorial or at the very beginning of their lunch hour
Staff: Come to the front of the line from 11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Where : The North Lobby

Eating or chewing gum an hour prior to the test, makes the test invalid.
How will you know your results? In this case, no news if good news! If you are positive, Michelle Lamboley will notify staff. Jennifer O'Brien notifies students.
