National Boards

Here is a 15-minute informational National Boards Presentation for those interested. Want more information? Pre-register (here) for a National Boards Awareness Zoom to be held on 3.3 @7p.m. The application window for the subsidy fee assistance is 3.1-5.1; application is here.

Town of Normal Reservations

On 2.19.21 @8:30 a.m., Normal Parks & Recs is opening reservations of ball diamonds & park shelters to U5 schools only. If interested in reserving, send two dates to kcarrigan@normal.org.

Beyond the books

The Beyond the Books Educational Foundation Grants application process is open until 5:00 PM on Monday, March 1, 2021. Educators can apply for Mini Grants ($400 or less), Standard Grants ($401-$5000), and/or a Beyond the Box Grant ($7,500-$10,000).

Grant guidelines, rubrics, helpful hints and a link to the application software, SM Apply (https://beyondthebooks.smapply.org/), can be found on their website, http://beyondthebooksbn.com/.
