Dear Parents/ Guardians,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! We can't wait to see you soon!
Each year we have a theme to inspire and guide us in our work. This year's theme is "Let Your Light Shine." This theme speaks directly to the Matthew Chapter 5 in the bible:
Jesus said to his disciples:
"You are the salt of the earth.
But if salt loses its taste, with what can it be seasoned?
It is no longer good for anything
but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
You are the light of the world.
A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden.
Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket;
it is set on a lampstand,
where it gives light to all in the house.
Just so, your light must shine before others,
that they may see your good deeds
and glorify your heavenly Father."
Matthew 5:13-16
The staff at St. Gabriel desires to help each student discover his/her own gifts and talents and then empower him/her to share them with the class, school, and community. Our school's mission statement is to "educate through the Catholic values of faith, family, tradition, and innovation empowering everyone to soar with possibilities." We are committed to furthering this mission with all our students and families. We thank you for your partnership and look forward to seeing you soon!
Blessings,
Lara Krill
Principal
