P-T-S Conferences
Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we quickly approach the end of trimester two, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming Student-Led Conferences. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity for your child to showcase their hard work, growth, and achievements. Teachers and students have been working together to prepare for these conferences by reviewing assessments, discussing MAP growth, and setting new goals to ensure a meaningful and productive discussion. Letters have been sent home confirming your scheduled appointment time.
During the conference, your child will lead a discussion about their learning journey, presenting work samples that highlight their strengths and areas for growth. These conferences empower students to reflect on their progress, set future goals, and take an active role in their education. By working together—students, parents/guardians, and teachers—we can continue to support and enhance student learning.
How to Prepare:
Before the Conference:
✔️ Coordinate with the teacher to confirm your scheduled time.
✔️ Share any specific questions or concerns with the teacher in advance.
During the Conference:
✔️ Listen as your child presents their reflections, work samples, and goals.
✔️ Ask thoughtful questions to encourage discussion and deeper reflection.
After the Conference:
✔️ Support your child in achieving the goals set during the conference.
✔️ Stay connected with the teacher for updates on progress.
We deeply appreciate your partnership in your student’s education. Your support and involvement make a significant impact on their success. We look forward to seeing you at the conference and celebrating the incredible work your child has accomplished.
We look forward to seeing you on February 12th from 1:30-7:00 or February 13th from 8:00-11:00.
Warm Regards,
Jessica Lefevre
