Field Day is Tuesday, May 21. We have tons of fun scheduled for the entire day! Students will receive a field day shirt on Monday, May 20. Please make sure you send your child in this shirt on Tuesday. Students can wear normal uniform bottoms or PE bottoms with their field day shirts.
The only parents and/or family members allowed on campus during Field Day are the volunteers who signed up to volunteer and have received an email saying they are cleared. We are appreciative of each and every one of you that have volunteered. We met the goal and the day will run so much smoother because of all of you!
If you need to pick up your child on Tuesday, there will be one entrance to the parking lot off Hudson Lane. You will need to park in one of the 15-minute spots in front of the office and go into the building at Door 2 just like normal. It would be helpful if you could call school prior to coming so we know to pull the student from Field Day and have him/her waiting when you arrive.
2024-25 School Supply lists are now available on our website.
We are also offering a school supply kit program again this year, so there’s no need to head to the store. Supply orders include the exact colors, quantities, and brands your teachers have approved for class. Get your Back to School shopping taken care of with one easy kit!

St. Gabriel Summer Festival will be held July 13, 2024.
This year we are asking each preschool and school family to sell at least 10 capital prize chances to qualify for some fun incentives. If families sell and return the money and 10 ticket stubs by next Thursday, May 23 at 4:00 PM, each child will be eligible for fun prizes!
Please note that additional chances will be available upon request. Please send an email to festival@stgabriel.net including the number of chances you are requesting and the student’s name and homeroom that the chances should be delivered to.
When returning capital prize and quilt chances, please be sure to put the chances and the money in a sealed envelope marked with your child’s name, grade, and homeroom teacher. If you have more than one child participating, please put all student names, grades, and homeroom teachers on the outside of the envelope. This will help ensure that all the children in the family and their homerooms receive the proper credit.
Thank you for your continued support of our Parish Festival!
