Coffman's pop up sale
Visit our Coffman's pop up shop to purchase school uniforms Sunday, August 6 from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. in the Multipurpose Building (MPB). Coffman's is the only place to buy PE uniforms so take advantage of this opportunity!
Meet Your Teacher
Bring your school supplies and meet your teachers August 14. This is a dropin style event. You can come anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. Be sure to stop by the cafeteria. Booths will be set up to answer your questions about bus, cafeteria, athletics, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Academy of Music and more!
Ipad orientation
August 14- All incoming 6th grade and NEW 7th and 8th grade students and parents must attend in order to receive an iPad. Meeting will be in the church. Please do not bring younger siblings as some content is not appropriate for younger audience.

Dear Parents/ Guardians,
Hope you all are having a wonderful summer! Welcome especially to our new families who will be joining us for the 2023-2024 school year! We are busy preparing to welcome our students on Wednesday, August 16.
For our returning families, we are trying a different format for the Trumpet this year. You will be able to easily access archived issues and take advantage of the table of contents at the top of the page. We are also trying to streamline our calendars. I encourage you to add our school calendar to your phone calendar so you easily have it accessible.

Health forms
As a reminder, please ensure we have updated immunization forms on file. Eye exams are required for incoming Kindergarten and/or new 1st grade students. Physical forms are required for 6th grade students. For more information, visit our Health Information page on our website. Forms may be emailed to school@stgabriel.net or turned in on Meet Your Teacher Night.

Summer Learning
Students who complete the Evan Moor summer workbook by August 18 may have a uniform break on Monday, August 21.
Are you planning to volunteer or attend a school event this year?
Field Trip chaperones and special event volunteers need to have a background check on file and have attended the Safe Environment Training. Background checks and safe environment training refresher must be completed every five years.
Let Your Spirit Roar!
Are you ready for Spirit Days? The third Friday of each month is designated as a Spirit Day. Students may wear a spirit wear top with uniform or PE uniform bottoms. Visit www.stgabrielshop.com to order your spirit wear items today!
Arrival and Dismissal
We will continue to use the same arrival and dismissal routes for cars and buses. We use PikMyKid for dismissal.
New parents- Be sure to download the PikMyKid app and update your dismissal preferences.
