When configuring the tabs in the auto-export, proceed from right to left (analogous to smart-me)
Select Destination in the menu
Then you can set up the server for all auto-exports at eCarUp once (SFTP / FTPS).
For SFTP the port is always 22
For FTPS the port is always 21
Then select Formatter (also one-time setup).
The following can be defined for the metering code:
DeviceLocationID: Identification number in IS-E
FactoryNo: Manufacturing number
InternalNo: Internal number
Metering Code: defined code for the meter/counter
We recommend that you discuss these settings with the person responsible for IS-E in your organisation.
Select Task. Here you define for which user and which ward group the data are exported. A task must be set up for each auto-export.
Define the CarUp user (via the email address used for the eCarUp account).
Select the corresponding ward group
Then insert the format and destination - which have already been defined in steps 1 and 2 beforehand
Set the upload interval
Finally, check whether the status at the back right changes to "OK", then the data will be exported to the server.
Important: The consumption of the station data is exported with the OBIS code 1.9.0 (feed active energy).
Important: The "Authorisation" licence must be activated for both the master and the sub-account. The licences are activated by eCarUp.
First, a station group must be defined which is to be shared with another (sub)account via the "Authorisation" function.
Danach "Berechtigung hinzufügen" anwählen:
The assignment is made either by a user group that you have created in advance. This can include, for example, a piquet organisation. There you can add new users without having to reassign the authorisation.
Or the authorisation can be assigned to an individual user (via the account's e-mail address). The following permissions can be granted:
Administrate group
Display stations
Manage stations
The subaccount then sees the selected station group and, depending on the authorisation granted, can edit the desired charging points or only has access and cannot change any parameters.
Important: The master account must also be stored as a special user in the subaccounts if the stations are only given the status "Limited" at certain times.
Important: If the "Maintenance" function is active and wants to be divided, this must be done manually under Maintenance. With the report function, the allocation is done automatically.
