Butter
450g onions
1.1Kg mushrooms
75g flour
1.2 Lt veg stock
600ml Full Fat Milk
1 tspn Thyme
Fry onions
Add mushrooms, stir until jouces run (3 min)
Add the flour and cook
Gradually add the stock and milkHeat bellow simmering for 10min
Add thyme
