Malt Loaf

  • 1.5 cups SR Flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed fruit
  • 1 tbs Ovaltine
  • Good tbs golden syrup
  1. Mix together.
  2. Loaf tin for 1 hour or more.
  3. 350-375 F, 175-190C
