Fudge Fingers

  • 1/2lb SR flour
  • 4 level table spoons cocoa powder
  • 4oz soft brown sugar
  • 6oz marg
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 table spoons milk
  • 6oz golden syrup
  • Chocolate icing
  1. Cream Marg and sugar until light
  2. Best in the syrup
  3. Add eggs with spoon of flour
  4. Sift flour and cocoa powder
  5. Fold in alternatively with milk
  6. Bake in lined 10in square ton for 35mins at 380F or gas 5.
  7. When cold spread with icing
  8. Leave to set and cut into fingers
