Fudge Fingers
- 1/2lb SR flour
- 4 level table spoons cocoa powder
- 4oz soft brown sugar
- 6oz marg
- 2 eggs
- 6 table spoons milk
- 6oz golden syrup
- Chocolate icing
- Cream Marg and sugar until light
- Best in the syrup
- Add eggs with spoon of flour
- Sift flour and cocoa powder
- Fold in alternatively with milk
- Bake in lined 10in square ton for 35mins at 380F or gas 5.
- When cold spread with icing
- Leave to set and cut into fingers
